Roles
Our goal at Naked Apple Tribe is to encourage, support, and build up the homeschool family. Having a Leadership Team with fair and firm expectations is one of the ways that Naked Apple achieves this goal. Use this page to find out more about each position at Naked Apple.

A leader is someone who is humble (emphasizes team over self and is quick to point the contributions of others), hungry (self-motivated, diligent, and prioritizes the organization’s needs), and smart (good judgment around diverse people groups, socially appropriate, and aware of the impact of their words and actions).
Director
-
The director should be approachable and an objective listener. They should be a strategist and be incredibly knowledgeable about the organization.

By modeling appropriate behavior, the director sets high standards for leadership conduct and intervenes if conflicts of interest or confidentiality issues arise.

Co-Director
-
The co-director role will be filled by someone who possesses similar qualifications as the current presiding officer and able to fulfill the director's role whenever the need arises.

This person must be approachable and able to handle conflicts that may arise in the organization in a neutral and biblical manner.

Tribe Mama
-
Outgoing person who is energized and excited to welcome new people to the Tribe. This person has compassion and grace for others so they can meet families where they are, in their time of need for support.

Treasurer

Games should be 7-10 mins long and include a variety of ages.

Chapel Game time is designed to help littles get wiggles out as well as foster community in the tribe.
